Original aspirations

Passion ignites dreams.

In 2007, Zhejiang University graduate Zhang Xingang completed a 2,000-kilometer bike ride from Chengdu to Lhasa along the Sichuan-Tibet Highway. The adventure deepened his appreciation for the joys and challenges of cycling, and also revealed a gap in the market: high-quality, affordable cycling equipment was rare.

In order to make premium cycling gear accessible to more cycling enthusiasts, Zhang partnered with his college friend Shi Jianghao to establish ROCKBROS in Yiwu in 2010. Starting from scratch, they dedicated themselves to developing high-quality cycling gear, beginning a journey that would redefine the industry.
