  2. The store sells bicycle and sports accessories online.

  3. These Regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, fulfilling sales agreements, the right of withdrawal, and complaint procedures.

2.Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the Store's website.

  2. The conditions for placing an order are:

  • providing data necessary for order fulfillment,
  • acceptance of these Regulations.

      3. The sales agreement is concluded when the Store confirms the order.

3.Payments

  1. The store offers the following payment methods:

  •  Electronic payments via Przelewy24 (including BLIK and online bank transfers),
  •  other payment methods available during the ordering process.

      2. All payments are made in PLN.

4.Delivery

  1. Delivery is made within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

  2. Delivery costs and time are indicated when placing the order.

5.Right of withdrawal (returns)

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should submit an unequivocal statement electronically to the Store's email address.

  3. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

  4. Refunds are made using the same payment method the Consumer used.

6.Complaints

  1. The store is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with legal provisions.

  2. Complaints can be submitted electronically to the email address: service@rockbrossport.pl.

  3. Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days from the date of their receipt.

7.Personal data

  1. Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with GDPR.

  2. The personal data administrator is ROCKBROS Polska Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Logistyczna 2, 69-100 Świecko, Poland.

By placing an order in the ROCKBROS Polska online store, the Customer declares that they have read the content of the Regulations and the Privacy Policy, understand their provisions, and accept them in their entirety. Placing an order is equivalent to expressing consent to all provisions of the Regulations.
