2. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. In the event of holidays or exceptional circumstances, processing time may be extended.
  • Shipping Notification: Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to the email address provided, allowing you to track the status of your shipment in real time.

3. Delivery time

  • Delivery within Poland: estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days, depending on location.
  • International deliveries: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on destination.
  • Exceptional situations: In case of holidays, natural disasters or customs inspections, delivery times may be longer.

4. Shipping costs to non-EU countries

  • For shipments to Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Great Britain, additional fees may apply (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate differences, import duties, etc.), which are borne by the customer.
