2. Order Processing and Shipping
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Holidays or special circumstances may extend processing time.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to the email address you provided, allowing you to track your shipment status in real time.
3. Delivery time
- Delivery within Poland: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days, depending on location.
- International deliveries: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on destination.
- Exceptional situations: In the event of holidays, natural disasters or customs inspections, delivery times may be longer.
4. Shipping costs to non-EU countries and for complete bikes
- For shipments to Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Great Britain, additional fees may apply (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate differences, import duties, etc.), which are borne by the customer.
- There is a separate shipping fee for the entire bike. Due to the size and weight, we charge an additional fee for shipping the complete bike.

6. Damage and loss
- If your shipment is damaged or lost, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide compensation or reship your order, depending on the situation.
7. Order tracking
- During shipping, you can track your order using the tracking number we provide.
- If you do not receive a tracking number or have any questions, please contact our customer support team.
8. Customs duties and import taxes
- For international orders, the customer may be required to pay import duties and taxes.
- Customs and tax policies vary by country and all additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Emergency situations and delays
- We make every effort to deliver orders on time, but in exceptional circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, problems with the transport company) delays may occur.
