  • International Deliveries: estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: During holidays, natural disasters, or customs inspections, delivery time may be extended.

4. Shipping Costs for Non-EU Countries and for Complete Bicycles

  • For shipments to Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, additional fees (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate differences, import duties, etc.) may apply, which are borne by the customer.
  • A separate shipping fee applies to the entire bicycle. Due to its dimensions and weight, we charge an additional fee for transporting a complete bicycle.
