You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ROCKBROS Polska Sp. z o.o., ul. LOGISTYCZNA 2, 69-100 ŚWIECKO, Poland, E-mail: service@rockbrossport.pl) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Return Process
We offer free returns for orders in Poland only in case of quality defects (e.g., damaged or malfunctioning goods).
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, dissatisfaction with the product, not meeting expectations), the customer bears the cost of return.
To start the return process, please follow the steps below.
I. Contact Customer Service for a Return
The customer must first contact customer service to inform them they wish to return an item, providing required information such as order details, product information, reason for return, etc.
II. Eligibility Confirmation and Return Label Shipment
After confirming that the customer meets the return conditions, we will send a prepaid return label. This label will be sent via email or SMS, containing the return address, barcode, or other necessary information.
III. Return Shipment
Upon receiving the return label, please print it and clearly affix it to the package. We recommend keeping the original packaging and label to ensure a smooth return process.
IV. Return Processing
Once the returned product is received, we will check if it meets the return conditions. After the return is approved, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
