We offer free returns for orders from Poland that meet the return conditions.
To make a return, please follow the steps below.

1. Right to withdraw from the contract
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you who is not the carrier takes possession of the last item.
Extended return period for the holidays
We understand that holiday gifts don't always meet the recipient's expectations. Therefore, for orders placed between December 10 and December 31, 2025, the returns period is extended by an additional 30 days .
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ROCKBROS Polska Sp. z o. o., ul. LOGISTYCZNA 2, 69-100 ŚWIECKO, Poland, E-mail: service@rockbrossport.pl) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of your right before the withdrawal deadline expires.
2. Return process
We offer free returns of orders in Poland only in the case of quality defects (e.g. damaged or faulty goods).
In the event of a return for personal reasons (e.g. incorrect size, dissatisfaction with the product, failure to meet expectations), the customer is responsible for the return costs.
To initiate the return process, please follow the steps below.
I. Contacting customer service to make a return
The customer must first contact customer service to inform that they wish to return the item, providing the required information such as order details, product information, reason for return, etc.
II. Confirmation of eligibility and sending of the return label
Once we confirm the customer's eligibility for a return, we will send a prepaid return label. This label will be sent via email or text message, including the return address, barcode, or other necessary information.
III. Return Shipping
Once you receive your return label, please print it and affix it clearly to your package. We recommend saving the original packaging and label to ensure your return is processed efficiently.
IV. Return Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we'll verify it meets the return policy. Once your return is approved, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process above and place a new order for your desired item.
6. Goods that are not returnable
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain goods are non-returnable, including but not limited to opened personal care products, underwear and perishable goods.
